1. Our Products

We take care to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photography. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). For convenience, prices may be displayed in your local currency (USD or CAD) as an approximate conversion only. All transactions are processed in GBP at checkout. The final amount charged to your card may vary slightly due to your bank's exchange rate at the time of payment. Prices include any applicable VAT where required by law.

We reserve the right to update our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your full payment details.

 

3. Orders & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirms we’ve received your order — it does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example if there is a pricing error or if the item is no longer available. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing checkout. We’re unable to amend orders once they’ve been dispatched.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the UK, USA, and Canada. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t quite right, no stress.

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused, unworn, and back in their original packaging — basically in the same condition they left us.

To get the ball rolling, just drop us a message at hello(at)chosundayritual.com with your order number and a quick note on why you’d like to return, and we’ll take it from there.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We’d recommend using a tracked service just to be safe — we’re unable to process refunds for items that don’t make it back to us.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Allow a few business days for this to show up.

 

A few things we can’t accept back:

• Sale or discounted items

• Items that have been used or removed from their original packaging

 

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@chosundayritual.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, either with a replacement or a full refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cho Sunday Ritual website — including product photography, copy, branding, and design — is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cho Sunday Ritual is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you will not exceed the value of your order.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to our use of your data as described in that policy.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
