Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping

We currently ship to the UK, United States, and Canada.

UK orders

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over £60 qualify for free shipping, our little thank you for supporting a small business.

US orders

We ship to the US at a flat rate. We know international shipping isn't cheap, and we do our best to keep costs as low as possible. Your flat rate includes customs and duties prepaid on our end, so there should be no surprise charges waiting for you at the door.

Orders over £150 qualify for a discounted shipping rate, automatically applied at checkout.

All US orders are sent with tracking. Please note that tracking updates may vary once your parcel reaches the US and is handled by your local carrier.

Canada orders

We ship to Canada at a flat rate, and orders over £150 qualify for a discounted shipping rate, automatically applied at checkout.

All Canada orders are sent with tracking. Please note that tracking updates may vary once your parcel reaches Canada and is handed over to Canada Post for final delivery.

One thing to note: Canada has its own customs and tax process, and any applicable duties or local taxes will be collected by Canada Post on delivery. These charges are set by the Canadian government and are outside of our control, but for most small orders they tend to be minimal.

Delivery times vary by destination and are typically longer than domestic orders​

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't quite right, no stress.

You have 14days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused, unworn, and back in their original packaging, basically in the same condition they left us.

To get the ball rolling, just drop us a message at hello(at)chosundayritual.com with your order number and a quick note on why you'd like to return, and we'll take it from there.

One thing to note: return shipping costs are on you, and we'd recommend using a tracked service just to be safe. We'd hate for your parcel to go missing on its way back to us and not be able to sort things out for you.

 

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Give it a few business days to show up.

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items that have been used or removed from their original packaging

Returns

If your order shows up damaged or something's not quite what you ordered, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right, promise.
